Welcome to Ingenco Jets. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and private jet charter booking services. By accessing our website or booking a flight through us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. About Our Services

Ingenco Jets is a private jet charter booking platform. We arrange private aircraft charter services through licensed and certified aircraft operators. Unless expressly stated, Ingenco Jets is not an airline or aircraft operator.

2. Booking Requests

  • All charter requests are subject to aircraft availability and operator approval.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Ingenco Jets and receipt of the required payment.
  • Quotes are valid only for the period specified and may change due to aircraft availability, airport fees, fuel prices, taxes, permits, or operational requirements.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and include only the services specified in the quotation.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Airport or landing fees
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Government taxes
  • Catering requests
  • Ground transportation
  • Overnight crew expenses
  • De-icing or weather-related operational costs
  • Passenger-requested itinerary changes

4. Payments

Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Full payment may be required before departure.
  • Deposits, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
  • Payments may be made via approved bank transfer or secure payment methods.

Failure to complete payment before the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation fees depend on the aircraft operator’s cancellation policy and the timing of cancellation.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the operator’s terms and may exclude non-refundable charges such as permits, positioning flights, or administrative costs.

Flights cancelled due to weather, government restrictions, airport closures, or safety concerns will be handled according to the operating carrier’s policy.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate passenger information.
  • Carrying valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
  • Arriving at the departure terminal on time.
  • Complying with customs, immigration, and aviation regulations.
  • Following crew safety instructions at all times.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied boarding without refund.

7. Baggage & Dangerous Goods

Passengers must comply with baggage limitations provided before departure.

Dangerous goods, weapons, explosives, illegal substances, and other prohibited items are strictly forbidden unless specifically authorized under applicable aviation regulations.

8. Flight Schedule Changes

Flight schedules may change due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Air traffic control restrictions
  • Aircraft maintenance
  • Airport operational issues
  • Government regulations
  • Safety requirements

Ingenco Jets will make reasonable efforts to inform passengers of any changes as soon as possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingenco Jets shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays
  • Flight cancellations
  • Missed meetings or events
  • Hotel or transportation expenses
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Ingenco Jets for the booking services.

10. Third-Party Operators

All flights are operated by licensed third-party aircraft operators who are solely responsible for:

  • Aircraft operation
  • Flight safety
  • Crew
  • Aircraft maintenance
  • Regulatory compliance

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, text, photographs, branding, and design, is the exclusive property of Ingenco Jets and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Force Majeure

Ingenco Jets shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, pandemics, airport closures, labor disputes, or government actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
